Thank you for your purchase at Atelier Seridian by Nogherot Nicole, VAT ID IT01898940935. We do our best to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Due to the artisanal and customized nature of some of our made-to-measure garments, we cannot accept returns for these items. Each made-to-measure piece is created specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused. For all other items, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received the item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must be in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will inform you promptly of the status of your refund after the inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
